Mr. Kushal addressed women on improving mind power , how to enhance skills, do meditation or yoga and focus on particular body parts eg. Spine. He gave few examples of how spine stretching can help and make a difference to the beneficiaries. Being in good physical health was important. The more one focussed on health, the more one remained healthy for a longer period of time. In today's world one must take time out to do some basic exercises at the least to keep one in good health.
