Mrs. Bajaj recognised a long-held dream when she founded Hamaara Sapna in 2011. Born and raised in Kolkata, Mrs. Bajaj has been actively involved and inspired by her parents and their unparalleled dedication and commitment to Mother Teresa. Today she serves as Honorary Director of the Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation and is involved in its various activities like the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Awards. Her contribution on the restoration of Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum in Byculla contributed to the bestowment of a UNESCO award upon the museum. Additionally, Mrs. Bajaj has served as President of the Ladies’ Wing of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC). She is also a director in Baroda Industries and Hind Musafir travel agency, both of which fall under the Bajaj Group umbrella.
Mrunal Samant contributed to the community by working with visually impaired people. She also shows great interest in working with women and children. She has completed her graduation from the Commerce Stream. She has an experience of over fifteen years in the financial sector.
Student of Mumbai University has graduated with human psychology and behavior analysis which helped her in understanding of weaker family economics. Started career as junior staff in a small Institution and grew to a level of Senior Administrative Manager in Multi-faceted Institution within a period of 20 years. She has been giving voluntary services to Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh, a Charitable Institution, since 2009, spreading Physical, Mental and Spiritual development of the entire human race for complete Health and Success irrespective of age, cast, creed and religion.
Diganta Naringrekar has completed her Bachelor’s in Commerce from Mahrshi Dayanand College Science, Commerce & Arts, and Mumbai. She has completed a Degree course in Fashion Designing from Icon Institute, Mumbai. Diganta has also completed a Certificate Course in Law and Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai.
Priti Lopes has completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai. Her experience of interacting and working with women in slum communities has made her well versed with the challenges that they face. Priti believes that when women become self- reliant, they become self-confident and self-dependent.
Ms. Karkannavar supports Hamaara Sapna management in the areas of administration, operations, planning and capacity building programs. She is the Secretary of the Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation. The empowerment of rural people and women are causes close to her heart.
Darshita Gulekar has completed her graduation from Mumbai University. She has an overall experience of 2 years in an Export & Import Organization in the administrative and accounts department. Ms.Darshita shows great interest in learning & Computers. She is currently pursing a certificate course in Yoga from Bhartiya Yoga Mandir & computers from a private institute. She was always interest in the social segment. Her interest and love in the subject has brought her on board.
