The Movement Therapy session conducted by Ms. Dilshad Patel was attended by nearly 25 women. It reduced stress & increased flexibility. The Movement Therapy a combination of isolation moves that work on the entire body. Dilshad not only taught them a few dance movements but also touched upon the importance dance therapy. How it helps one become aware of how their current state of mind affects their gestures and postures and facilitate positive change in self-concept.
