Kashmira Raj is a clinical psychologist with work experience in the health sector (both government and private) of over 12 years. She has provided counseling, training and technical support to marginalized populations at a grass root level under the aegis of National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) , Maharashtra State  AIDS Control Society (MSACS) and Maharashtra District AIDS Control Society (MDACS). Her passion for teaching and counseling has helped her contribute to the women of Hamaara Sapna for the last several years. She is an independent Taichi Instructor and has been practicing the art for over a decade now. Counseling session on dealing with adolescents and children .-Session comprised of understanding children and adolescents .-True instances with beneficiaries were discussed and how these situations could be handled. -some pointers regarding relationship between parents, children and adolescents was touched upon.-when to say no to children and when to give in was a crucial part of the session. -Last but not the least, how to gain respect and not let children and adolescents play games with family members.
