Workshop on women health at Hamara Sapna included information in talking about diet and nutrition, supplemental nutrition. Information on menstrual and genital diseases and treatments was also discussed as was pregnancy and newborn care. Common diseases including lifestyle disorders and infectious diseases with prevention and treatment, contraceptive counselling and cancer screening for females was also a part of this session. The session ended with Q & A.
